As the typical cycloaliphatic epoxy resin, TTA800 (3,4,3 ', 4' - dicycloxydicyclohexane) has excellent heat resistance, high electrical insulation property, high cation reaction activity, low viscosity, and high transparency, thus\, it is widely used in composites, electrical insulation materials (electrical insulation paint, resin insulator, GIS), electronic embedment materials (semiconductor sealant, LED packaging adhesive and underfill adhesive), cation curing resin raw materials (varnish, ink, adhesive, UV curing molding products) and other fields.
