1、High Mechanical Properties and Wear Resistance: Polyurethane has a wide range of hardness, high mechanical properties, and is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, which are also characteristics of polyurethane adhesives.

2、Good Flexibility and Elasticity at Low Temperatures: Polyurethane adhesives have excellent flexibility and elasticity under low-temperature conditions.

3、Good Weather Resistance and Oil Resistance: They have good aging resistance.

4、Limitations in High Humidity and Temperature: Due to the special chemical structure of polyurethane, it should not be used in high-temperature and high-humidity environments during the bonding process.

Silicone AdhesivesAdvantages:

1、Good Electrical Properties: Silicone has a wide temperature range, good flexibility, and low stress.

2、Non-heat Releasing and Low Toxicity: Silicone cures without heat release, and it is low in toxicity and has minimal shrinkage after curing, which is well-liked by workers using adhesives.

3、Chemical Stability and Corrosion Resistance: Silicone has stable chemical properties and is resistant to corrosion.
